The Quality Management System (QMS) is established to demonstrate compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements. All personnel are granted access to the Quality Manual and related QMS documents as required for the effective performance of their duties. The Quality Manual accurately reflects routine practices, and continual improvement is encouraged through constructive suggestions aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of systems, processes, and procedures. Any modification to official QMS documents is strictly controlled and permitted only by duly authorized personnel.
The scope of the Quality Management System covers all activities related to the design, fabrication of pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, steel structures, and the erection and commissioning of mechanical, chemical, and civil industrial projects. In the event of significant changes to the nature or scope of business, appropriate actions will be taken to redefine the official scope of registration. While this Quality Manual specifically addresses activities within the registered scope, the same QMS principles and practices shall be applied to all other company activities wherever applicable.
